My last week in Palmerston North – full of goodbye and do come again as soon as you can.
It seems fitting in some way to have spent part of goodbye morning with Julie in The Dugald MacKenzie Rose Garden the pride of the city of Palmerston North located in the Victoria Esplanade – which is also where the play park is with the Flying Fox – and I have had many visits there.
Many thanks to all who have lunched with me, invited me to their meetings and groups, shown me hospitality and good chat and enjoyment of company. I will probably leave out many names, especially all those in the Currents Affairs group.
Julie, Robyn, Joan, Jean, Joy, Fred, Bryan, Norma – whatever the family does I do feel I definitely want to come back soon.
Below are just some of the roses.
