Silence, sibilence, sand, sea and sky

Don’t want to make y’all jealous, but it has been another beautiful Block Island day. Along the walkway down to Mosquito Beach on the Great Salt Pond then along the shore, up to Breezy Point Road and back to the bike. Low tide, so many clam shells, rock colors, glorious light on the water,  autumn berries and leaves in just a few hundred yards. You get the idea – but can you get the sound of it – the rushes whisper to the pond silence. I can hear my feet touch the sand and shells.
