Listening to the birds

Now it is mid-November, the light is fading from 4 – 4.30, when I am home about that time above the roof by the back door the trees rise against the sky, filled with a chatter of starlings.

Is “chatter” a collective noun? To show why I chose it, I have done something new – tried a video!

And here are the some more of yesterday’s photos – birds and berries everywhere, the clay cliffs below the lighthouse, the water and the sky are every shade of blue (what you see depends on  how I point the phone).
