After two days indoors listening to the wind from storm Juno, it is good to get out walking again. I can’t resist taking snow photos, especially as the wind has created such difference. In some places there is hardly any snow at all, in others the drifts have fantastic shapes, and of course the snow ploughs have also left strange heaps by the road side. I walked on the roads.
Along Water Street
The Ice-cream Place – closed until next summer
Via the National lot to the library
The Grocery Store – and an unhappy tree
Snow pile from clearing the crossing
View across Old Harbor – there is a boat coming today
Drifts and shadows cover the fence
Nearly as much snow inside the rail as outside
High drifts and shadows
Old Harbor calm and serene – many ducks beyond the dock
On the way home looking across Manisses car park
Icicles on the back stair
